Media In Education (MIE) at The Arizona Republic and azcentral.com recently awarded over $80,000 in technology grants to Arizona educators. The program is in its third year at the Republic, and nearly $300,000 has been awarded so far. Generous Republic subscribers also support technology grants through the Vacation Donation program. The following teachers have been awarded grants for classroom projects to be implemented at their schools during the 2011-2012 school year.
