Space Probe Nears Its Asteroid Target
NASA's Dawn spacecraft is starting to send back photos of Vesta, the second largest object in the asteroid belt. The large asteroid, believed to be a protoplanet, is 300,000 miles away and yet we're able to get a close up view of the big rock tumbling through space.
