New Lizard Species Found at Lunch Buffet

A Vietnamese scientist discovered the lizard while dining at a restaurant in southeast Vietnam that featured it on the menu.

Class discussion: Now that the lizard has been discovered, should the Vietnamese government ban it from restaurant menus? If the lizard bad been found in the United States, what steps do you think might be taken to safeguard its survival for future generations?
