Searching for another planet earth
It's only been 15 years that we've been able to detect planets orbiting other stars. Today we're waiting for the new tools and technology to help us find a planet that's the same size as our planet earth.
Class discussion: Why should we care about finding a planet that's the same size as earth? So far the scientists have only found planetary giants. What if we do find a match in the next six months as the video claims? What should we do about it?
