Chinese Government Bans Time Travel in TV Shows and Movies
Citing mistreatment of history, Chinese officials ban, or at least strongly discourage, depictions of time travel. But why was it really banned?
■Class discussion: There are certainly a number of freedoms Americans take for granted. Should choices in what we can watch on television be counted among those cherished freedoms? How important is "freedom of television" What can happen when the government begins dicatating what should and what should not be broadcast?
