Can Fast-Food Diet help you lose weight?

With many fast-food chains advertising healthy meal options, news organizations question whether or not it's really possible to lose weight on a fast-food diet.

Class discussion: "Back in the real world, most of us can't seem to help ourselves from eating junk food." Yikes is that really true? Do you ever pick the salad instead of the fries at Mickey D's? Of course it's a good idea for fast food restaurants to provide healthy choices, but how many people do you think actually select those healthy options?
