EXCELLENCE IN HIGH SCHOOL JOURNALISM AWARDS
Since 1980, The Palm Beach Post has recognized the very best in high school journalism. Each year high school newspapers in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties submit their entries for consideration in the Excellence in High School Journalism Awards. Students compete in areas of writing, photography, and page design.

I MAKE A DIFFERENCE
The I Make A Difference Teachers of Excellence Awards program was started in 1987. Each spring K-12 schools in Palm Beach and Martin counties receive applications to nominate one teacher from their school. From these nominations 18 teachers are selected as exceptional teachers who make a difference in their classrooms.
Each September the I Make A Difference teachers are invited to attend an awards reception in their honor.
