Free Speech or a Call to Violence?
In the wake of the Tuscon shooting that left six dead, one lawmaker is calling for a bill outlawing threatening speech directed at federal officials■Class discussion: Can you recite the First Amendment? Which five freedoms does that amendment protect? Which do you consider the most important? Would a bill as described violate someone's Freedom of Speech rights? So what if it did?
