Pakistan Drops Charges Against 9-Month-Old Baby
Attempted murder chargers against a nine-month-old baby in Pakistan have been thrown out. The boy was charged in February with planning a murder, threatening police and interfering with state affairs. The baby's family is accused of trying to kill gas company officials by throwing stones at them.

How young are some defendants who have been charged as adults in the United States? Do any countries still execute children found guilty of crimes?
