A new direct water front unit facing west to the beautiful sunsets of Lake Charlevoix. This 1,650 sq/ft condominium has 2 bedrooms, 1 den/TV room, 2 baths, one car garage and a porch facing the lake. This new unit was completed in July of 2001 and professionally decorated by Puff’s. The condo looks directly at the clear blue waters of Lake Charlevoix less than thirty yards away. Lake Charlevoix is 17,000 acres in size and provides 56 miles of shoreline.

Details:
This brand new custom condo sleeps four (4) very comfortably and also has a pullout bed in the den. There’s a full kitchen with appliances. Linens, tableware, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils are provided. The living room comes with cable TV, a DVD player and a VCR and a gas fireplace. Central air, humidifier and a washer and dryer are also installed. There is one master bedroom with a king size bed and one additional bedroom with two twin beds. The pull out sleeper sofa bed is in the den. Swan Cottage was decorated by Puff’s of Petoskey in a comfortably elegant theme and features crystal chandlers, marble floor accents and extensive custom cabinetry. The unit is also a first floor ground level unit that is easily accessible.

No other fees or taxes additional. A discount is offered for senior citizens, repeat renters or referred renters who book directly.
Absolutely no smoking and no pets. Also no skis or golf clubs are allowed in the condo.

The garage is designed for one mid size car, not for SUV’s. Additional parking is available outside the condo.
No parking of boat trailers is allowed in the driveway, garage or common parking areas. Area marinas have these facilities.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due with advance reservations. The other 50% amount is due twenty days prior to rental period. Security codes and keys will be available at check in.

Local Attractions And Things To Do
The perfect water front location for fun year round. As part of the Marina District you are just a block from downtown Boyne City as well as only fifteen minutes from Bay Harbor, Petoskey, East Jordan and Charlevoix. Harbor Springs and the Mackinaw Bridge are also easily accessible. For skiers Boyne Mountain Ski Resort is just a few miles away and Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski areas are also close by. For the golfers, there are many championship courses nearby including the Boyne Mountain Resort, Dunmaglas, Crooked Tree, Charlevoix Country Club (open to public) and Bay Harbor. Traverse City is also a leisurely 50-minute drive. Across the bridge is the gambling casino at St. Ignace. The Harborage Marina as well as the public boat docks are just a few blocks away.
Besides world-class shopping, fine dining and antiques stores, you can find sailboat cruises, charter fishing and many local public beaches on any given day during the summer. The North Country Hiking trail system also runs near by as part of a 4000-mile system. Boyne City hosts many events all summer including water front art fairs, antique automobile shows, concerts in the park and craft shows…all within easy walking distance from the condo.
