HYDRATION

DEFINITION:
The process of making your body absorb water or other liquid. The replacement of body fluids lost through sweating, exhaling, and eliminating waste.

FOUND IN THE NEWS:
That push got closer to reality last September when Piper-Lunt pointed out in her post that council member Brian Beck was pitching the idea for a “public hydration program” that includes water fountains and bottle fillers.
