■Class discussion: Do you get at least an hour’s worth of moderate to vigorous exercise every day? Do you enjoy playing sports or other physical play? Does your school offer you enough physical activities? Why do girls get less exercise than boys? Are girls encouraged as much as boys to play sports? How many hours a day do you spend looking at the screens on cell phones, computers and television? Do you care if you get sick, put on weight and die younger because of a lack of exercise? Why or why not?
