New ways to support your favorite literacy provider
The St. Petersburg Times Newspaper in Education (NIE) is proud to provide daily newspapers and educational curriculum to your classroom. You are not required to pay for your classroom newspapers because we work with sponsors who make contributions to support the program. The annual cost of providing these free resources for Tampa Bay area teachers is $500,000. That cost is growing as more teachers find out about the high quality and tremendous number of free resources we provide to your classrooms. In order to continue this level of service, we ask that you read and share the following fundraising opportunities.
Are you looking for fresh ways to engage your students this year? Then it's time to try the Sunday St. Petersburg Times, FREE to your classroom. The Sunday paper, delivered to classrooms on Mondays, provides even more of the Times' trademark in-depth news coverage, analysis, features, sports and business reporting, as well as PARADE magazine. Sunday Times teachers love the PARADE Classroom lesson plans, which are updated weekly and are downloadable or available by e-mail.
Click here to add Sunday NIE delivery to your account. Fill out the order form from "Teacher name" through #5, and be sure to write in the special requests/questions box at the bottom of the form: Adding Sunday delivery.
