The weirdest and best of CES 2024

The Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show (CES) can be overwhelming with its huge array of new gadgets, all promising to make your life easier and more entertaining. This year’s show featured more products using artificial intelligence – ranging from self-drivng taxicabs to home robots with projectors. There also were many other devices you didn’t know you need such as transparent television screens and electric ski shoes that can cruise at 50 mph.

Class discussion: Do you enjoy seeing all the new electronic products on display at the CES? Would you like to try any of these gadgets? Many of the new devices carry huge price tags. Do you think they could become cheaper in the future? How many of these innovations will fail because they really don’t really fill any need or are simply too expensive?
