Spotlight on Amanda Hunter, 12th grade
Seminole High School

Amanda on Amanda ...

Hello! My name is Amanda Hunter. I am 18 years old and have called myself an artist ever since I started stealing pens and receipts out of my mom's purse to draw with. My whole life is primarily focused around art; I am constantly covered in paint and doodling on something.

I graduated from Seminole High School this month; in the fall I plan to attend my dream school of Rhode Island School of Design. I am extremely ecstatic for this opportunity and ready to get to work! I intend to major in painting and get my Master of Fine Arts after I graduate from RISD.

Art will forever be a part of my life, and I am excited for what the future has to bring.
