Artist Statement
--Anthoynatte Gonzalez

As an artist, I adore capturing the private and sensitive natures that we, as people, suppress. Photographers such as Duane Michals, Larry Fink and Edward Steichen have inspired my work with their beautiful forms and dramatic minimalism.

As a writer, I love incorporating subconscious prose within my work.

These particular pieces deal with the idea of self-suffering against love and the self-release of words.
