Spotlight on Rae Laven, 12th grade
Howard W. Blake High School, Tampa

Rae on Rae ...

Since I was very young, I have been drawing. I moved from crayons to pencils to pen to paint, as all artists will. Currently the main focuses in my artwork are myself, the human figure, and other various portraits and studies. I try to convey my concepts and ideas very clearly and carefully. I wish to explore my nature and the nature of others in my artwork. After high school, I plan to attend college and earn a degree in Fine Arts.
