Spotlight on Nora Bourke, 12th grade
St. Petersburg Catholic High School

Nora on Nora ...

My name is Nora Bourke. I am currently a senior at St. Petersburg Catholic High School. When I'm not making art pieces, I'm dancing as a proud member of the Baronettes Dance Team or performing as a member of the International Thespian Honor Society. I am also an active member of the Spanish Honor Society and the National Fine Art Honor Society.

My passion for art pretty much stems from once being a creative little kid. I have always loved to create my own stories, my own solutions and enjoy exploring different techniques through painting, drawing, and photography. The thing I like most about art is showing things and ideas in a new light, making the invisible visible, telling that story. No matter what I do in the future, I know that I love art way too much to ever let it go.
